ULTIMATE ENERGY EFFICIENCY: Energy-saving injection molding machine

The FS anf LS Series has integrated all of the benefits of the traditional hydraulic driven FV and LV Series, but are enhanced by the use of a high powered servo motor dynamic control system. This system is an innovation in hydraulic injection molding machine design, which improves molding precision and significantly reduces energy consumption.

The required energy consumption to produce the processing ruler by an energy-saving machine is 60% less when compared to a traditional hydraulic IMM and 10%-25% less an IMM with an optimized variable pump. The energy-saving machine also requires 80% less energy to produce a thick walled product which needs a longer holding and cooling time or 50% less than using an IMM fitted with optimized variable pump.

To save energy and extend oil service life, Fultech series FV and LV injectors with high-efficiency variable flow pumps and 3R filters are fitted as standard.

For saving energy in high cycle processes, Fultech offers an electronic motor stopper kit as an option. The UT NC-4000 control analyses during the cooling process of the part the time the machine is working with the motor without load and determines automatically if it is profitable and feasible to stop the motor. Saving up to 35% to 38% of the installed energy of the motor.
