To save energy and extend oil service life, Fultech series FV and LV injectors with high-efficiency variable flow pumps and 3R filters are fitted as standard.

3R filters, as well as removing metal particles that could damage the machine’s hydraulic components, avoid the degradation of the oil, thus reducing preventive maintenance costs and possible breakdowns.

For saving energy in high cycle processes, Fultech offers an electronic motor stopper kit as an option. The UT NC-4000 control analyses during the cooling process of the part the time the machine is working with the motor without load and determines automatically if it is profitable and feasible to stop the motor. Saving up to 35% to 38% of the installed energy of the motor. When the cooling process is about to conclude, an electronic start of the motor is begun, thus avoiding the energy peaks and maintaining minimum consumption when starting.
